THE CHALLENGE
CAP invites young Africans and members of the diaspora (Ages 15–30) to explore leadership, innovation, and identity. We are looking for the "leadership intelligence" required for Africa’s renaissance—the capacity to think critically, act courageously, and lead regeneratively.
